Our goal is to invest with partners or work with executives on business ventures with a long-term view for success. All ventures require patience to overcome challenges and obstacles, whether business-related or broader external factors outside our sphere of control.
INTEGRITY
Leadership starts with upholding integrity. We have a responsibility towards our community, to the environment, to our workers, and we are committed to their well-being and development. We encourage frequent, open, and candid communication within our organizations to try to ensure mistakes do not occur. As a group, we are self-critical, if a mistake is made we acknowledge it, fix it, and always try to learn from it.
TEAMWORK
Teamwork is at the heart of how we operate. We take pride in operating proactively and collaboratively across business units to achieve the best possible results. In creating a learning environment it is important to replace confrontational attitudes with an open culture that promotes inquiry and trust.
