Our goal is to invest with partners or work with executives on business ventures with a long-term view for success. All ventures require patience to overcome challenges and obstacles, whether business-related or broader external factors outside our sphere of control.

We encourage frequent, open, and candid communication within our organizations to try to ensure mistakes do not occur. As a group, we are self-critical, if a mistake is made we acknowledge it, fix it, and always try to learn from it.
