KBE Group’s business interests are diversified in various sectors. The group’s beginnings were in engineering, procurement, and contracting, but it diversified into real estate investment and development, industrial manufacturing, food and beverage, and continues to look for new business opportunities.

Chairman and Founder of KBE and most of its enterprises. He also completed a distinguished career in public service in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. His construction and engineering background was instrumental to the success of the group's initial major venture.

ALI A. ALKHUDAIRY

Before joining KBE, Ali gained professional experience in the Telecom and Investment Banking sectors. Since joining he's held various executive and board membership roles in the group enterprises and currently oversees all active ventures. He holds a Bsc in Electrical Engineering and an MBA.

TALIB A. ALKHUDAIRY

A Board Member, Talib has played an active role in the real estate businesses, as well as participating in strategic planning and execution and networking with key stakeholders. He holds a Bsc in Systems Engineering, he also is active with feature film cinematic projects.
ORIGINS
Khudairy Business Enterprises was founded by Abdulwahab Talib Al-Khudairy. Born (1951) and raised in Baghdad, Iraq, he studied and obtained a civil engineering degree from Baghdad University and gained seven years field experience. Projects included Baghdad's International Airport, and Zoraa Park Monument of Unknown Soldier.

He moved to a new home country in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in 1979. He established a career with the High Commission for the Development of Arriyadh (more commonly known as the Arriyadh Development Authority, “ADA”) where he worked on some landmark award-winning projects such as the Diplomatic Quarter (http://bit.ly/1UPlOYb), Qasr Al-Hukum (http://bit.ly/1U9NGfk), and King Abdulaziz Historical Center (http://bit.ly/25TUdAu). He held the position of Director of Infrastructure and Superstructure Programs before being promoted to Director General of the Operations and Maintenance Division. In 2011, he retired from his post after 30 years of proud public service. Alongside his career, he successfully established business ventures in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Leveraging his engineering experience, he founded a construction contracting company in 1987, Al-Latifia Trading and Contracting. Before divesting this business, the company would successfully grow to gross nearly USD250 million in revenue by 2012.
​
In addition to his successful construction contracting venture, he also launched ventures in retail food, industrial manufacturing, and real estate investment and development. He is KBE's Chairman and his positive outlook and abundant energy remain a key driving force behind all ventures.
